How I can help you
Whether you're struggling individually or as a couple, EFT offers a research-backed path to real, lasting change.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy with me is a space to slow down and understand what's driving your emotions, your patterns, and your struggles. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, self-criticism, relationship difficulties, or the weight of systemic stress and cultural injustice, we'll work toward something more than coping — genuine, lasting change.
I work with adults 18 and older and provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients and those navigating minority stress.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy with me is a space to have the conversations that matter — the ones that have felt too difficult or too risky to have on your own. Using EFT, we work to understand the emotional cycles pulling you apart and rebuild the connection between you.
Whether you're navigating recurring conflict, recovering from a betrayal, or simply feeling distant, I'll help you find your way back to each other. I work with married and unmarried couples in committed relationships and honor differences in culture, background, and family norms.
What we can work on together
Relationships
Communication difficulties, disconnection, recurring conflict, and rebuilding trust after betrayal.
Anxiety & Worry
Chronic worry, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and stress that gets in the way of living fully.
Depression
Low mood, hopelessness, loss of motivation, and the emotional weight of feeling stuck.
Trauma
Processing difficult past experiences and their lasting emotional impact on your present life.
Anger
Understanding what drives your anger and learning to work with it rather than against yourself.
Minority stress
The cumulative emotional toll of systemic injustice, cultural identity, and navigating difference.
Fees, Insurance & Payment
Intake appointment: $220
Psychotherapy appointments: $180 per 53-minute session. This rate is also pro-rated for other professional services you may require (e.g., report-writing, extended telephone conversations, preparation of records or treatment summaries).
I occasionally offer reduced session fees on a case-by-case basis.
Involvement in legal proceedings: $430 per hour of preparation for and attendance at any legal proceeding.
Insurance: I am currently not taking insurance. Sessions are billed as out-of-network, with the full fee due at the time of appointment. I am happy to provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance carrier to request reimbursement. Please contact your carrier to verify your out-of-network benefits.
Payment: Payment is collected at each session through debit or credit card. My system requires you to keep a card on file, set up through my electronic health records system when you first begin services.
Meet in person or online
Teletherapy has been shown to be just as effective as in-person appointments for a variety of mental health concerns. To meet via teletherapy, you'll need a computer, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection, and a private, well-lit space free from distractions.
PSYPACT: I am a member of the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT), which authorizes me to provide teletherapy to clients in 41 U.S. states and the District of Columbia: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY, & the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
Due to the nature of PSYPACT, treatment is not covered by insurance and all fees must be made out of pocket. For Washington State residents, out-of-network coverage may be available — please verify with your carrier.
The first step is just a conversation.
